Effective today, September 10, 2020, all SAP Concur Support requests will be processed through Service Now directly to the SAP Concur Support team for response. 


This change will provide more efficient service to our clients by allowing us to streamline and prioritize the numerous requests received.  Using the Service Now system will enhance our ability to closely monitor all incidents and ensure timely resolution.
