2020-09-10 SAP CONCUR SUPPORT THROUGH SERVICE NOW

Effective September 10, 2020, all SAP Concur Support requests will be processed through Service Now directly to the SAP Concur Support team for response. 

This change will provide more efficient service to our clients by allowing us to streamline and prioritize the numerous requests received.  Using the Service Now system will enhance our ability to closely monitor all incidents and ensure timely resolution.  

Please address all email inquiries to [email protected].  If you use the Contact Us web form on our SAP Concur web site, that information will also be delivered to our SAP Concur Support team through Service Now.
