2020-12-22 Mileage Rate 2021
The Internal Revenue Service announced today that beginning on January 1, 2021, the Personal Mileage Reimbursement Rate will be decreased to 56 cents per mile, a decrease of 1.5 cents from the rate for 2020.
The SAP Concur application has been updated with the new rate and effective date. All personal mileage expenses for travel dates on or after January 1, 2021 will be automatically calculated using the 56 cents per mile rate.
2020-09-28 SAP Concur Performance and Error Pages
SAP Concur has been contacted for performance issues and multiple occurrences of the Error 500 page. They are investigating the cause of the issues and will provide updates when they have more information.
2020-09-10 SAP CONCUR SUPPORT THROUGH SERVICE NOW
Effective September 10, 2020, all SAP Concur Support requests will be processed through Service Now directly to the SAP Concur Support team for response.
This change will provide more efficient service to our clients by allowing us to streamline and prioritize the numerous requests received. Using the Service Now system will enhance our ability to closely monitor all incidents and ensure timely resolution.

2020-07-23 Historical Concur Data is available
Technical staff from Penn State and from Concur were successful in their efforts to re-establish the connection to our historical Concur system. The second link in the Quick Links section on the SAP Concur website -- "Historical Concur Data" – is now available to complete web access authentication and login to the historical system.
Please note that the historical Concur system is “inquiry-only”.
2020-07-15 SAP Concur is Unavailable
When attempting to login the process may appear successful but then be rejected by Concur with “Sorry – something went wrong” message or you may successfully login and reach a page with an Alerts advising that one or more of the services are not available.
We have been notified by SAP Concur that they are working to resolve the problems as quickly as possible. An update will be issued to the listserv as soon as we have any further information.
