SAP Concur users are unable to log in. If already logged in, users are experiencing errors, slow processing or are logged out when performing administrative functions, attempting to create, view, save, approve expense reports or process payment requests. Along with attempting to search or book travel.   The vendor is working to restore service as quickly as possible.

Support for Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) version 10 browser under Concur products will end August 18, 2017.

Concur strongly advises clients using IE v.10 to update to the latest IE browser version before that date, or to install and work with another supported browser.

Beginning January 12, 2016, only the most current version of Internet Explorer available for a supported operating system will receive technical support and security updates from Microsoft in accordance with their Product Lifecycle program (view at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/gp/microsoft-internet-explorer).

The SAP Concur Data Warehouse has been retired effective December 31, 2016.

The last update to the SAP Concur data warehouse occurred on January 2, 2017 with data from SAP Concur through December 31, 2016. The data will remain available until April 1, 2017 at which time access to the SAP Concur Data Warehouse tables will be removed.

The SAP Concur on-line Business Intelligence tool will be used as the single source for SAP Concur reporting data. The tool provides data that is current as of the previous day and facilitates development of personalized reporting extracts. SAP Concur Support Staff will work with you to determine your data criteria and create a data set specific to your reporting needs. After a data set is established, it can be scheduled for extraction into an Excel format and delivered to you as an email attachment at regular intervals (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.).

The 2017 Personal Mileage Reimbursement rate is 53.5 cents per mile.

The Employee Reimbursement System has been updated with the new rate and effective date. All expenses for personal mileage with travel dates on or after January 1, 2017 will be automatically calculated in SAP Concur using the new rate.

SAP Concur is experiencing some performance issues, When you Edit an Event Expense and click the Attendee link the screen to add attendees does not open.

Concur is aware of the issue and working to resolve it.
