2019-09-10 SAP Concur Staff Unavailable - 2019-09-12
SAP Concur staff will have limited access to email and phone service while participating in a departmental retreat on Thursday, September 12th. Please call the SAP Concur Helpdesk at 814.863.9713 or use the Contact Us web form to request assistance and we will respond as soon as possible on Friday, September 13th.
We will be monitoring the SAP Concur application at regular intervals throughout the day on September 12th. In the event of any application issues, support staff will return to the office immediately to work with the vendor for resolution.
2019-09-03 Technical issues in SAP Concur (Concur)
The Concur application continues to experience performance issues. Users attempting to login may receive a HTTP 500 Error page. If you are already in SAP Concur you may be able to continue using the application. If you sign out or are timed out, you will not be able to log in again until the performance issues are resolved. The vendor is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
2019-08-16 15-inch MacBook Pro laptop computers
Apple recalls 15-inch MacBook Pro Laptop Computers due to fire hazard. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as well as a number of airlines recently put out a notice banning Apple MacBook Pro laptops that are subject to an Apple recall from U.S. flights. The batteries in the recalled laptop computers can overheat, posing a fire hazard.
2019-03-26 - Intermittent issues
We have been notified by Concur that some SAP Concur users may experience loss of access to the Expense tab, or errors submitting trip bookings. Concur continues to investigate the issue with additional resources. We will provide updates as available
2019-02-04 Authentication errors using Chrome
SAP Concur Support staff have been successful using Chrome v72 to login to SAP Concur. If you regularly use Chrome to work in SAP Concur, you should be able to login now.
If you still experience errors attempting to login to SAP Concur using Google Chrome, please switch to either FireFox or Internet Explorer and notify the SAP Concur Helpdesk of the continuing issue.
