2017-09-11 Imaging Service -- Extremely Slow or Upload Errors

Users are reporting extremely slow performance or receiving upload errors when attempting to attach receipts to an expense report.  Concur has been notified of the issues and is working to resolve matters as quickly as possible.  Updates will be posted as they become available.

Users are seeing unexpected errors when using Project Approvers or when adding a User-Added Approver.

Users with project approvers are unable to submit their reports.

Approvers adding User-Added Approvers are unable to save the approval flow to proceed with approving. 

The SAP Concur Help Desk has notified Concur of the issue for a resolution.
