Sap Concur Alerts

Users may experience intermittent peformance issues including errors or timeouts.  Concur is working to identify the cause and restore normal performance as quickly as possible.

Users are reporting extremely slow performance or receiving upload errors when attempting to attach receipts to an expense report.  Concur has been notified of the issues and is working to resolve matters as quickly as possible.  Updates will be posted as they become available.

Users are seeing unexpected errors when using Project Approvers or when adding a User-Added Approver.

Users with project approvers are unable to submit their reports.

Approvers adding User-Added Approvers are unable to save the approval flow to proceed with approving. 

The SAP Concur Help Desk has notified Concur of the issue for a resolution.

SAP Concur users may experience error pages attempting to login to the application, if you are logged in you may experience Application Errors attempting to complete activities, or you  may be kicked out of the application entirely.

The vendor is working as quickly as possible to identify the root cause and resolve these issues.

Users may experience errors when attempting to log in or slow processing throughout the application.  Concur is investigating the issue and working to resolve the problems.
